Louise is the Co-Founder and Partner of Ling & Lim. Since her admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2019, she has developed a strong practice in real estate transactions, banking and finance, probate and estate administration, and corporate advisory matters. She regularly advises individual, corporate, and public listed company clients on residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions, including matters involving EPU consent, and has acted in property transactions exceeding RM 200,000,000.00. Louise also has extensive experience in banking and finance, acting for financial institutions in consumer, commercial, SME, corporate, bridging, and construction financing facilities, including complex financing structures exceeding RM 50,000,000.00. She is known for her careful attention to detail, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding her clients’ interests in every transaction.
